I've been in a MCG Homestead apartment for 4 months now, after leaving a nursing home in Austin. I wasn't able to make it to Killeen to complete any of my paperwork before my discharge. Every single person I dealt with at MCG was extremely kind, patient, and willing to work with me to get all of my paperwork completed. There were several papers that had to be signed in person. I was not able to walk, so the girls came to the car for me so I could finish it all and get my keys. I was nearly in tears because of the kindness that was shown. I absolutely love my apartment and any questions I have or any issues are addressed quickly. If MCG is willing to keep me as a tenant, then I will be with them as long as I'm able. Definitely the best company that I have worked with.
