Meet the Team at MCG Homestead Rentals and Sales

Lisa-Marie McGaughey started in the Real Estate Industry in 1999, and has been doing this ever since. Property Management, Buying, Selling, she has done it all! It wasn’t until she met her current husband, Guy, that made her realize her potential and the need for her own company. She is very thankful for excellent mentors that have helped pave her way. 

Lisa-Marie has been highly involved in the local Apartment Association of Central Texas, including holding the President seat for 2 consecutive years.

She has also been the recipient of the Property Manager of the Year award in 2018, 2020, and 2023. She has been a Texas Apartment Association Delegate, a TAA Leadership Lyceum Graduate (2020) as well as holding several certifications, including a AAS in Business Management/Real Estate Specialization.

In 2023, she was nominated as One of the Top 10 Extraordinary Women in Central Texas. In 2024, MCG Homestead Rentals and Sales received the Harker Heights Best of 2024 in customer reviews from Business Rate.  This company will be the legacy she leaves to her children.

  Anja Cato is the newest asset to the MCG Homestead Rentals and Sales Team! She has experience in Property Management but also in the Real Estate.  Anja has attended and finished Real Estate Schooling, fluent in the German language, and is a Notary! Anja is the recipient of the Leasing Professional of the Year award for 2023 AND 2024 through AACT.  She is ready to grow with the company but also ready to serve the Killeen and surrounding areas with Property Management and Real Estate needs.

Devin Kelly has experience in Construction, Plumbing, lawn care, and everyday Maintenance. One of Devin's properties he maintains, was the recipient of the Vintage Property of the Year Award for 2023 through AACT.  Devin also holds a certification in Residential Maintenance.
