Do you have a housing voucher?  Most of our owners accept housing! We will guide you through the rental process and help you build your way to eventual home ownership!  

RENTAL CRITERIA: 

• Applicants must make 2 1/2 times the rent for income. 
• Applicants must provide verifiable proof of income for the last 30 days. 
• Applicants must provide a valid photo ID.  Paper IDs are not accepted. 
• Each person over the age of 18 must fill out their application. 
• Application fees are $55/per adult. Non-refundable. 
• SPECIAL!! Waived!! Must move in by November 30. 2024! (After that date it’s an Administration fee of $100) Non-refundable. (One time fee)
• Upon application approval, the deposit and lease signing will be due within 48 hours to hold the unit for the applicants.  *Please read about deposit refunds on the application*
• Applicants will be denied for incomplete applications or insufficient documentation.  Criminal and credit history is taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.  No Violent crimes within the last 10 years. Sex-related crimes could be denied. 
• No minimum credit score is required.  Credit is considered on a case-by-case basis.
• After approval, lease signing, and paid deposit, vacant units can only be held for 5 business days.  
• Pets: Non-refundable pet fee $150, refundable pet deposit $200.  THIS IS PER PET.  Most owners do not have breed or weight restrictions. Maximum of 2 pets.
• Most of our owners participate in our second chance leasing program-but not all!  Verify before applying!

TOURING TIMES:

You may come to the office with a valid photo ID (paper ID's are not accepted)

Monday-Friday from 9:00am-2:00pm

Saturday-Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month 10am-1pm

You will be allotted one hour to tour the property and return the keys.
