Are you looking to rent a home? 

Come home to MCG Homestead! We report to the credit bureau, so paying rent can help improve your credit score. 

Do you need second-chance leasing? We can assist you with that! Many of our owners participate in this program. 

Do you have a housing voucher? Most of our property owners accept housing vouchers! 

We are here to guide you through the rental process and help you on your path to eventual homeownership.

RENTAL CRITERIA: 

• Applicants must make 2 1/2 times the rent for income. 
• Applicants must provide verifiable proof of income for the last 30 days. 
• Applicants must provide a valid photo ID.  Paper IDs are not accepted. 
• Each person over the age of 18 must fill out their application. 
• Application fees are $55/per adult. Non-refundable. 
• Administration fee of $100. Non-refundable. (One-time fee)
• Upon application approval, the deposit and lease signing will be due within 48 hours to hold the unit for the applicants.  *Please read about deposit refunds on the application*
• Applicants will be denied for incomplete applications or insufficient documentation.  Criminal and credit history is taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis. No violent crimes within the last 10 years. Sex-related crimes could be denied. 
• No minimum credit score is required.  Credit is considered on a case-by-case basis. (This is for many of our properties.)
• After approval, lease signing, and payment of the deposit, vacant units can only be held for 5 business days.  
• Pets: Non-refundable pet fee $150, refundable pet deposit $200.  THIS IS PER PET.  Most owners do not have breed or weight restrictions. Maximum of 2 pets. (Owners have to approve amount over the maximum)
• Most of our owners participate in our second chance leasing program-but not all!  Verify before applying!

TOURING TIMES:

You may come to the office with a valid photo ID (paper ID's are not accepted)

Monday-Friday from 9:00am-2:00pm

Saturday-Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month 10am-1pm

(Holidays will affect these hours)

You will be allotted one hour to tour the property and return the keys.
